Werner & Mertz and PreZero, the environmental services company of the Schwarz Group, are joining forces for a more sustainable future. As part of our Recyclate Initiative, PreZero will now be responsible for licensing our recyclable packaging made from post-consumer recyclate. The goal of the partnership is to promote the use of recycled plastics, counteract raw material shortages in the recyclate sector, and further strengthen the circular economy.
A key element of this collaboration is digitalization: going forward, packaging data will be collected and analyzed using PreZero SPOT in cooperation with Packaging Cockpit. This structured exchange of knowledge is intended to benefit the entire industry and drive forward the digital transformation of packaging.
